Speaking at the Conference:

  • Who speaks at the Conference?
    • The show hosts speakers who are local, state, and federal investigators, prosecutors, victim services advocates, researchers, consultants, industry experts, authors, and more.
  • What are the responsibilities of a speaker?
    • All speakers are responsible for adhering to the deadlines and guidelines provided by NW3C. The Conference is not an opportunity to make sales or product-oriented pitches.
  • Who are the other speakers and what are they talking about?
    • Visit the web site regularly for updated information.

Education Programs & Registration Packages:

  • What does each registration package include?
    • Approved Conference presenters will be offered free conference registration, providing admission to all sessions (unless otherwise restricted), exhibits, receptions, and meal events.
  • Who gets the CD-ROMs with the reference materials?
    • Every attendee will receive a CD-ROM of reference materials.

Logistics:

  • Can I go to other sessions?
    • Yes, you have unlimited access to any of the other sessions. (unless otherwise noted, some presentations are for a law-enforcement only audience)
  • Do I have to fill out the A/V Form?
    • When you originally submitted your speaker proposal form, you indicated your a/v needs. If that information needs to be updated, please contact .
  • Who will introduce me to the audience?
    • There will be a designated person for your session who will introduce you to the audience.
  • Where can I store my luggage or other personal belongings while at the show?
    • If you are only attending to offer your presentation, check with our registration area and they will be able to securely accommodate your belongings.
